Plain-English terms covering your GPS Boss purchase, included service, acceptable use, warranty and the limits of what tracking can promise.
By buying a GPS Boss device, creating an account or using our apps and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're accepting on behalf of a company or fleet, you confirm you're authorized to bind that organization. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
GPS Boss hardware ships with the cellular data service described on the product page at the time of purchase — including the 3 years of service bundled with the G1900 — with no monthly fee during that included term. After the included term ends, you may renew at the then-current rate or stop using the device.
Tracking accuracy, refresh interval and alert delivery depend on GPS satellite visibility, cellular coverage, device placement, power and battery level. We continuously improve firmware and app features, and features may change over time.
You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for lawful use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
GPS Boss devices carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover physical abuse, water damage beyond the device's rating, unauthorized modification, or loss and theft of the device itself. Approved warranty claims are repaired or replaced at our option. Start a claim by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
Cellular carriers, map providers, payment processors and hotel-savings partners are independent third parties with their own terms. Bonus incentives such as the hotel savings card are fulfilled by the partner and subject to their conditions, blackout dates and availability. GPS Boss is not affiliated with Apple, Hilton, Marriott or any hotel brand named on this site.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." GPS Boss does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, alert delivery, theft prevention or recovery of any stolen asset. Our products are a deterrent and recovery aid — not a substitute for insurance, law enforcement or common-sense security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPS Boss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost vehicles, cargo or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, unlawful use, non-payment or security risk. Sections on acceptable use, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GPS Boss is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, contact us — the vast majority of issues are resolved by support in a single conversation.
We may revise these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
